I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a great south-facing balcony view of the Basilica, unexpected balcony overlooking the church, and a comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, offering housekeeping, a warm welcome drink, and assistance with tours and tickets. The location was superb, being near the Bernina railway station and across the main monument, the church, in Tirano. I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel's prime location near the Bernina railway station and just across the main monument, the church, in charming Tirano was unbeatable. The rooms offered a unique experience with a south-facing balcony looking onto the Basilica, unexpected but delightful, and a lovely view from my balcony. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience with views of the mountains was simply unmatched. However, the price was a bit steep considering the value received.
