I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a great south-facing balcony view of the Basilica, unexpected balcony overlooking the church, and a comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, offering housekeeping, a warm welcome drink, and assistance with tours and tickets. The location was superb, being near the Bernina railway station and across the main monument, the church, in Tirano. The dining experience, with views of the mountains and delightful homemade jams, was enjoyable. The facilities were well-appointed, making my stay convenient and comfortable.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel's prime location near the Bernina railway station and just across the main monument, the church, in charming Tirano was unbeatable. The rooms offered a unique experience with a south-facing balcony looking onto the Basilica, unexpected but delightful, and a lovely view from my balcony. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience with views of the mountains was simply unmatched. However, the price was a bit steep considering the value received.
